Meet Meghann

Creator | BScN, RN | Cosmetic Nurse Injector

Hi! I’m Meg, creator of Cusp Medical Aesthetics located in my hometown of North Bay, Ontario. I have been practicing nursing since 2008, primarily in the perioperative setting.

Two years ago, in the pits of the pandemic, I decided to make a big change in my nursing practice. Having always been passionate about medical aesthetics and wanting to be more autonomous in my career, I decided to create Cusp Medical Aesthetics. For the first time in a long time, I was excited about nursing again.

With the encouragement and support of my husband and business partner, Dr. Christopher Dowding, Cusp Medical Aesthetics was born. Together, we have built a practice that prides itself on upholding the values and principles of medical aesthetics. From the moment you book an appointment with us, to the moment you are satisfied with the results of your treatment and beyond, you can trust that we have your best interest in mind.

My main goal is to maintain your own beauty in a restorative process while providing you with a natural and healthy look. I will educate you on managing a preventative approach to normal aging while helping you develop and maintain a healthy skincare regime. I respect each client’s individuality and uniqueness and take this into consideration when assessing your anatomy and developing a treatment plan.

A bit more about me:

I’m a mom to two kids and a wife to my best friend and soulmate. I enjoy spending time at the lake with my family and our dogs and I’m a huge fan of anything ’90s, home décor and interior design, thrifting, traveling, and adventuring outdoors.

I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your medical aesthetics journey.

— Meghann
