 Meet the Team

Meghann Dowding

Creator | BScN, RN | Cosmetic Nurse Injector

Meghann is the creator of Cusp Medical Aesthetics in her hometown of North Bay, Ontario. She has been a nurse for fifteen years, practicing primarily in the perioperative setting. This experience has prepared her with a solid foundation in sterile technique and caring for patients undergoing invasive procedures.

A passion for learning more about medical aesthetics led Meghann to expand her nursing skill set and train to become a Cosmetic Nurse Injector. She completed her training and mentoring through THMA Consulting Inc., a Canadian-accredited program. This education and training prepared Meghann with the knowledge, skills, and judgment to provide safe and ethical care for clients undergoing medical aesthetic procedures.

Meghann began her nursing education in the Practical Nursing program at Canadore College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Nipissing University.

Meghann believes in keeping current with best practices in medical aesthetics. As such, she continues to educate herself and participate in ongoing training opportunities.

Meghann holds active memberships with the following nursing organizations
